ISO 9000
We are committed to the ISO-9000 quality standard worldwide. Certifications have been obtained in 14 countries throughout the world, including the certification of the US facilities in Texas.We have been certified under ISO9001:1994 standard since 1997 and was awarded its current ISO certification – ISO9001:2000 in April 2003.
Since 1997, our ISO Quality Program, procedures, and work instructions have been audited by KEMA Registered Quality, Inc. on a semi-annual basis, and no issues of non-conformance have ever been identified. This is very rare in any industry, and the KEMA auditors cannot recall this event ever happening before. Audits and benchmarks are a standard means to compare our services to industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
We typically conduct the following:
- KPMG Third Party External Audit – 6 to 10 per year
- ISO-9001 External Audit – approximately 30 per year in 14 countries
- Gartner Group – external review and benchmarking
- ISO-9000 Internal Audits – approximately 100 per year in 14 countries
- Self Assessments
- Statement of Business Control – worldwide
- Service Delivery – for every operations location
BS-7799
We achieved the BS-7799 security certification in most countries and are in the process of achieving this in the U.S.
SAS-70
We has been executing the SAS-70 Type I and type II audits in the US for more than 10 years. This certification helps our customers to receive the Sarbanes-Oxley certification.
